ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
(a) To direct the respondent to promote the petitioner with all consequential benefits and deemed to be promoted under 42(b) KCSR Rule since 28.11.2022, as per the notification No. Staff (1) /CR/10/2022-23 dated 28.11.2022 issued by respondent vide Annexure-“A”. (b) Such other writ direction or order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the above said circumstances of the case including the award of the costs to the petitioner. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3. In addition to reiterating the various contentions urged in the petition and referring to the material on record, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider the representations at Annexures – B, B1 and B2 dated 10.01.2025, 16.07.2024 and 07.03.2024, respectively. 4. 5. Per contra, learned AGA for the respondent submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 6.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations at Annexures – B, B1 and B2 dated 10.01.2025, 16.07.2024 and 07.03.2024, respectively and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
