CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN DATE : 20th April, 2026 P C : We have gone through the judgment and order passed by the learned single Judge whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 – Station House Officer, Vadamalapeta Police Station, to look into the representation in the lines of the order passed by the civil Court in IA.No.907 of 2012 in IA.No.728 of 2010 in OS.No.239 of 2010 dated 21.04.2015. 2. On a perusal of the said order, it is clear that the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Puttur, had directed the police authority and in particular the 2 HCJ & CGR, J WA_272_2026 Station House Officer, Vadamalapeta Police Station to implement the orders of the Court, dated 21.02.2013 in IA.No.728 of 2010. The instructions issued by the Principal Junior Civil Judge were clear to the extent that police aid be provided to the petitioner whenever required with a view to implement the aforesaid orders of the Court. 3. In our opinion, the directions issued by the learned single Judge in the judgment and order impugned warrants no interference. 4. The Writ Appeal is found to be without merit and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
