Case No. 39 of 2025(S). Dacoity was committed in the house of the informant and valuables and cash were looted. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of a co-accused. It has been submitted that the petitioner has not been identified in the test identification parade and several accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.6982 of 2025, B.A. No.8955 of 2025 and B.A. No. 10410 of 2025. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that several accused persons have been granted bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S.
