Heard Ms.Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. A.Jayanthi, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they have complied with the order. It is further submitted that the statement of the petitioner has also been placed on record to the effect that the police have provided protection and that the petitioner is in possession of the land and doing cultivation. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the contempt case may be closed. Recording the above said submissions and since the order has been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed.
