The present contempt application has been preferred alleging willful defiance of the order dated 30.07.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 25055 of 2025 order whereof is quoted herein under: "1. Heard Sri Ganga Dhar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Uttara Bahuguna, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondent nos.1 to 3 and Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for respondent no.4. 2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent authorities to allot a 10% residential plot in the development area, in terms of the Full Bench decision of this Court in Gajraj v. State of U.P. and Others, 2011 (11) ADJ Page 1. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that identical controversy has already been settled by this Court in Soukeen and another v. State of U.P. and another (Writ- C No. 20526 of 2025, dt. 3.7.2025) and the writ petition was disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered in Balraj Singh & others v. State of U.P. & others (Writ-C No. 9496 of 2025, dated 2.4.2025). As such, it is pressed that the instant matter is squarely covered with the aforesaid judgment and the writ petition may also be disposed of in the light of Soukeen and another (supra). 4. So far as the factual and legal aspect of the matter, the same is not disputed by the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel for the respondent- Development Authority. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, we dispose of the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ganga Dhar Shukla Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Anjali Upadhya Balaraj .....Applicant(s) Sri Ravi Kumar Ng .....Opposite Party(s) instant petition in terms of Soukeen and another (supra). The respondent-Development Authority is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the claim of the petitioner, keeping in view the facts of the case and relevant legal precedents, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order." 2. Today, Ms. Anjali Upadhya has produced before the Court an order dated 14.09.2026, whereby the claim has been decided. 3. Since there has been substantial compliance with the order, the contempt application is consigned to the record, leaving it open to the applicants to question the same in appropriate proceedings, if so advised. 4.
