He further submitted that the Criminal Revision Case itself was allowed on the said date. 3.On a perusal of the case papers, it appears that the learned counsel is justified. Further, it is informed that the order dictated in open Court on 28.01.2026 was not signed. Hence, this Court recalls the order dictated on 28.01.2026. 4.
