Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order, thereby directing the respondent authorities decide the pending representation of petitioner (Annexure P/1) within time limit, in accordance with law. 2 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner while working on the post of Assistant Grade-III got retired from service on 30th June, 2018 after attaining the age of superannuation, however, petitioner was not given the benefit of time bound pay scale for which petitioner is entitled for after completion of 10 and 20 years of service. Aggrieved of which petitioner has submitted a representation before respondent no. 1 and 2, which till date is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 1 and 2 to consider and take decision on pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for respondent-State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondent no. 1 and 2, and if such a representation is submitted concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation. 5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
