The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in not releasing the scholarship installments for the academic year 2018-19 of Rs.1,30,000/- towards tuition fee reimbursement under the „Jnanabhumi Scheme (RTF)‟. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the decision rendered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.22402 of 2024 & batch dated 13-03-2026 and the order passed in W.P.No.19409 of 2026 dated 17-07-2026, prays for passing of the similar order. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner requires verification with reference to the „Janmabhumi‟ Portal and the existing G.Os. 5. Having regard to the contentions advanced, placing reliance on the decision rendered by the Coordinate Bench in W.P.No.22402 of 2024 & batch dated 13-03-2026 and the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19409 of 2026 dated 17-07-2026, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify the claim of the petitioner with reference to the „Janmabhumi‟ portal, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of 4 receipt of a copy of this order. After such verification, the amounts due to the petitioner shall be remitted within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
