As per the order of this Court dated 2nd February, 2026, the decision is taken on the representation of the petitioner. However, it is the grievance of the petitioner that the reasons are not recorded on each of the issues raised in the representation. 2. Admittedly, the petitioner has filed a writ petition challenging the communication dated 10th July, 2026, which, according to the learned counsel for the respondent No.1, is the compliance of the order dated 2nd February, 2026. 3. Since the compliance of the order dated 2nd February, 2026 is pointed out, that is in respect of taking decision on the representation of the petitioner, we are of the opinion that it cannot be said that there is a willful disobedience, if certain observations are not as per the order of this Court. 4. In the circumstances, this contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all these points in the writ petition. However, we make it clear that in the said writ petition if we arrive at a conclusion that the directions in Para 5 of the order dated 2nd February, 2026 as regards recording reasons on each of the issues are not complied with intentionally, we may proceed in the said writ 2026:BHC-NAG:12108-DB 2 CP-265-2026.odt petition against the respondents therein under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
