According to petitioner, he was registered as contractor with Nagar Palika Parishad Gadarpur, Udham Singh Nagar; his registration expired in the year 2025 and after expiry of his registration, petitioner applied for renewal thereof, but, no decision is being taken on his application for renewal. 5. Learned counsel for Nagar Palika Parishad, however, submits that on 24.03.2026, Nagar Palika Parishad issued a notification informing the contractors that anyone, who is desirous of renewal of registration, has to make application upto 10.04.2026, in terms of the said notification. He submits that in the notification issued by Nagar Palika Parishad, it is stated that applications UKHC010122722026 2026:UHC:6001 made before publication of notification will not be considered. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh application for renewal of registration in terms of advertisement dated 24.03.2026. If petitioner makes application within two weeks, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
