The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Ranchi Sadar P.S.Case No. 612 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 303(2), 62 of B.N.S, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of the informant and no incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.12.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court.

Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner.

Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that no incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.12.2025; I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner

is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-IV, Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Sadar P.S.Case No. 612 of 2025.

It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
