ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
"PRAYER
Wherefore it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to to issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other Writ or order directing the 1st respondent to investigate into the complaint Annexure A and FIR Annexure B and also direct 2nd respondent to refund an amount of 2,50,000/- to the petitioner in the interest of Justice."
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1 submits that the Police after investigation had filed 'C' report dated 25.06.2022. Notice was also given to the petitioner and the same is placed before this Court which contains signature of the petitioner. In that view of the matter,

nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Hence, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. ii. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
