Mr. Virender Thakur & Ms. Geetanjali, Advocates, for applicant/respondent No.4. By way of the present applications, applicants Madhu Devi and Anju Bala, have sought to release the amount, which has been awarded to them, in the present case. The matter has been decided by this Court, vide judgment dated 28.11.2025. In view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant, the applications are allowed and the amount of compensation, falling in the share of the applicants, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to them, by remitting the same to their respective Bank accounts, particulars whereof find annexed with the applications.
