Since the suit is of recent origin, no peremptory direction for expeditious disposal thereof can be granted. However, the learned Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as the business of the Trial Court would permit. 3. In view of the nature of the order passed no order for prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with notice is being made. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order on the opposite party within a week from date. 4.
