Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in stopping the petitioner's Welfare Pension and proposing to permanently discontinue the same pursuant to the Notice issued by the 4th respondent, dated 16.10.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.174, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (RD-I) Department, dated 13.12.2019, consequently suspend the impugned Notice issued by the 4111 respondent, dated 16.10.2025 and direct the respondents to restore and continue the petitioners Welfare Pension together with all consequential benefits, including arrears from September, 2025, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the impugned show-cause notice dated 16-10-2025 issued by the 4th respondent by releasing the welfare pension to the petitioner as usual, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.4 in issuing the impugned notice dated 16.10.2025 proposing to discontinue the petitioner from the welfare pension. It is submitted that the petitioner is entitle for weaver pension and also has the pension I.D. However, the respondent No.4 has issued impugned proceedings disentitling the petitioner. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.3 & 4 on written instructions submits that, on verification, it was found that the property details of unknown persons was erroneously mapped to that of the petitioner’s Aadhar card and after re-survey was conducted it was found that the petitioner is eligible and the property on the name of the petitioner is within the prescribed eligibility limit and that the petitioner’s pension shall be restored. 3. Recording the same, no further orders are need to be passed on merits, however, it is made clear to the respondents to ensure that the petitioner’s pension is released as long as the petitioner is found eligible. 4
