Heard Sri Shashi Kant Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dinesh Kumar Tiwari, learned standing counsel for the state- respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue an appropriate order or direction, directing the respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Mirzapur to consider and decide the petitioner's application dated 22.4.2026, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, seeking measurement and demarcation of arazi nos. 14, 16-B, 26 and 34, total area 1.5170 hect., situated at Mouza Bhodarsar, Tappa 84, Pargana Kantit, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that proceeding under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, initiated at the instance of petitioner along with others on 22.4.2026, which is registered by the authority on 19.8.2026 as Case No.T202616530127082, is pending before respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate. He submitted that appropriate direction be issued to the authority concerned for the expeditious disposal of the aforementioned pending proceeding within a time bound period. 4.
