Counsel for RR 1 and 2 * * * * * ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) With the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Corporation that the Corporation shall pass an order in writing granting permission to the petitioner to demolish the dilapidated structure through a proper drawing. Upon receipt of the same, it is open for the petitioner to demolish the dilapidated structure and collect photographs and submit an affidavit in the Corporation regarding demolition. The petitioner would be under an obligation to remove the debris and clear the street. There shall be no order as to costs.
