By way of filing the instant criminal mics. petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation of the matter. 2. Perusal of the record indicates that an FIR No.237/2024 was registered by the petitioner at the Police Station Special Crime and Cyber Crime, Commissionerate Jaipur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 406, 102B, 504, 506 IPC and Section 66D of the IT Act and the same is still lying pending since last more than two years. 3. As per the factual report submitted by the Public Prosecutor received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Cyber [2026:RJ-JP:21608] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5895/2024] Crime, Commissionerate Jaipur, the matter is still at investigation stage and notices have been issued to a suspect under Section 41A Cr.P.C. 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant petition, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit appropriate representation before the Investigation Officer for redressal of her grievances. 5. In case such representation is submitted, it is expected from the Investigating Officer to consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law. 6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the instant criminal misc. petition stands disposed of. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
