In pre-lunch Session, Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate while putting in appearance on behalf of the respondent has sought some time to have instructions in the matter. 3. Now, the case has been listed in post lunch session and the learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record instructions dated 10.03.2026 issued by the Financial Advisor & C.A.O Himachal Road Transprot Corporation, Shimla to the Branch Manager, Kangra Central Co- operative Bank Ltd. Palampur, District Kangra, H.P. for disbursement of arrears of DA/IR amounting to Rs.55,353/- as per BOD. 4. Faced with above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the compliance as made by the present respondent is partial and judgment has not been implemented in its entirety. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 5. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the needful shall be done within a period of four weeks from today. 6. In view of the above statement of the respondent, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, it is made clear that in case any of the grievances still remains unaddressed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present proceedings by filing appropriate application.
