THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA WRIT PETITION NO: 20948 OF 2026 The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education and Sri Kalamata Raghu Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 to 5/AP Samagra Shiksha. 2.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release a sum of Rs.7,39,864/- due to the petitioner on account of the works executed i.e., „Providing Additional Infrastructure to ZPHS Chennekothapalli, vide Agreement No.-- /2020-21 dated 13-08-2020. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 to 5/AP Samagra Shiksha has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.7,39,864/-. The said bill was uploaded in CFMS portal vide Bill No.2025-988833. However, the bill has not been cleared so far, and the status in the portal is reflecting as “Bill waiting for fund clearance”. The bill was accordingly returned to DDO. It is stated that the funds are awaited from the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. 4

Having regard to the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondents to release the amounts that are due to the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
