Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection, if Appellate Authority is directed to expedite disposal of the appeal. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing Appellate Authority to take decision on the pending appeal filed by petitioner within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
