The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 20.1.2026 passed by Sessions Judge, Baghpat in Session Trial No. 2144 of 2025, arising out of case crime No. 229 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 117(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Khekada, District Baghpat, whereby an application/preliminary objection to frame charge has been dismissed. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicants fairly admits that charge has been framed in the present case and he does not want to press the present application with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
