Versus
State of Uttarakhand and others. …Respondents
Counsel for the petitioner
: Sri Yuvraj Singh and Sri Akash Chawla, learned counsel. Counsel for the respondents
: Sri J.C. Pande, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.
JUDGMENT : (PER: SRI MANOJ KUMAR GUPTA, C.J.)
1.
On 18.05.2026, when the matter was taken-up, we noticed that complete copy of the impugned order was not annexed and, therefore, time was granted to the petitioner to file the same, and the matter was directed to be listed in the next week. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a Supplementary Affidavit and, once again complete order was not brought on record. Consequently, again the matter got adjourned on 05.06.2026.
2.
Again, a Supplementary Affidavit has been filed, but this time, the pages have not been arranged in proper sequence and have instead been placed in a jumbled manner. Therefore, we are finding it difficult to examine the dispute and much of the Court’s time is being wasted.
