Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation and to grant promotion on the post of Lecturer (Sanskrit) as per seniority list above his promoted junior private respondents with all consequential benefit, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner against his non promotion on the post of Lecturer has submitted representation before respondent No. 3 which is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation at the earliest. 3. Ms. Shukla, learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsels for the parties, writ petition at this stage is disposed of without directing respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
