(Oral) This writ petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus against the respondent authorities to sanction maternity leave to petitioner for a period of 180 days as per law and further to release her salary which has been withheld by the respondents. 2. This Court vide order dated 10.07.2026 asked learned State Counsel to furnish the instruction within 02 days, but when the same was not furnished, an adjournment was sought by learned State Counsel on 14.07.2026 for seeking instruction. 3. On the basis of instruction dated 15.07.2026, learned State Counsel submits that maternity leave to petitioner has now been sanctioned by District Education Officer (Primary Education) Champawat vide order dated 15.07.2026 which is annexed with the instruction dated 15.07.2026. 5. In such view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided as the grievance of petitioner has been redressed. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed.
