The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lalpur PS Case No.300 of 2025, for offence registered under section 115(2), 127(2), 324(2), 333, 303(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, at Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the informant is son-in-law of elder brother of the petitioners and false allegations are made of entering into the house and assault. He also submits that there is no injury report and there are case and counter case between the parties and the first case has been lodged by the 2026:JHHC:3209 2 petitioners. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent State as well as the learned counsel for the informant jointly submit that the allegations are there of assault. 5. Considering that there is no injury, however, the allegations are made of assault and the informant is son-in-law of the elder brother of these petitioners who has lodged the case, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the instant case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, both the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, at Ranchi, in connection with Lalpur PS Case No.300 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
