Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 06.05.2026 issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and order dated 09.04.2026 passed by the Deputy Director School, Education (Elementary), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of office order dated 09.04.2026 reveals that the petitioners have been granted higher pay after two years of their regular service, subject to the outcome of the LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023 and any other legal remedies. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
