The petitioner is an accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 09/2026. 3. It has been alleged that some bovine animals were kept in a gated campus for slaughtering which were recovered. The petitioner and the others were apprehended at the spot. 4. It appears that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A.No. 1921/2026 and B.A.No. 1788/2026. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2026. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S.
