Ms. Faria Hossian Ms. Mousumi Sarkar …for the State. 1. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioner no. 2 had earlier approached this Court seeking certain reliefs in respect of the dispute with the other side. There is an existing dispute regarding land between the adverse parties. There are case and counter case. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She refers to the statements of the victim and the independent witnesses. She also refers to two injury reports, one showing fracture of 1/3 of ulna and the other fracture of a finger of another victim. 2 3. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.
