Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 (A1) is no more and as far as petitioner No.2 is concerned, he submits that in the year 2024 he filed this criminal petition challenging FIR in Crime No.185 of 2023 of Pedaparupudi Police Station, Krishna District. At the admission stage, this Court not inclined to grant any interim orders. 3. He submits that the petitioner No.2 (A2) is not in contact with the counsel. At last, in nutshell, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal petition with liberty to pursue appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law. ::4:: 4.
