Pleader ORDER In relation to Award No.1/2020, award serial nos.28 and 35, the petitioner had made a representation dated 17.09.2020 seeking enhanced compensation in terms of Act 30 of 2013. W.P.No.25086 of 2021 was also filed for a direction to act on the said representation. The writ petition was disposed of by order dated 24.11.2021 directing consideration and disposal of the representation. By asserting that no action was taken, the present writ petition has been filed. 2. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for all the respondents.
