The petitioners claim that erroneously patta No.7 has been issued in favour of the respondents 7 and 8 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. They have submitted an application with the third respondent seeking for cancellation of patta No.7, which is now standing in the name of the respondents 7 and 8. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Mr. R. Sasikumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the sixth respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 7 and 8, notice to the respondents 7 and 8 is dispensed with by this Court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners’ representation, seeking for cancellation of patta No.7 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is disposed of after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 to 8 and any other party, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation dated 16.09.2025. 6.
