Petitioner has challenged orders passed by learned trial Court as well as Revisional Court in this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have arrived at a settlement and compromise deed has been filed before the trial Court, but on account of interim order passed in this writ petition, learned trial Court is not able to take decision in the matter. He prays that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
