Nobody appears on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 9660 of 2023 vide order dated 16.02.2024. He submits that the as per the impugned order dated 17.12.2025 out of 20 witnesses, 9 witnesses were examined. He is not aware as to how many witnesses have been examined after 17.12.2025. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the allegation made against the petitioner and earlier rejection of the bail of application on merits and that the trial is in progress , this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and hence, this bail application is rejected. 5. However, the State is directed to ensure that the remaining witnesses are promptly produced before the learned trial court. 6. Learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this order to the Director, Prosecution and also to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district to ensure compliance. 7. Office is directed to communicate a soft copy of this order to Mr. Sanat Kumar Jha, learned Addl.P.P. to ensure compliance of this order. 8.
