This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for cancellenation of patta presently standing in the name of the respondents 5 to 9 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition based on the petitioner’s representation dated 19.09.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3. The petitioner claims that presently, patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition has been issued in favour of the respondents 5 to 9. The petitioner seeks to cancel the same. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 4. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against respondents 5 to 9, notice to the said respondents is dispensed with. 5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation dated 19.09.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta issued to the respondents 5 to 9 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 9 as well as any other third party, whom, the third respondent deems it fit to enquire. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner. 6.
