The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records regarding claim of the petitioner from the respondent authorities as well as proceeding of the respondent no.2. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 05.09.2024 (Annexure P-1 passed the respondent no. 2 and direct the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner and pay the remaining amount of Rs. 3,24,211/ of his bills, within stipulated period. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to done payment of bills to the petitioner as he duly entitled the same. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant 8% interest on delayed payment. 10.5 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner” 3.
