The learned Public prosecutor has placed before this Court the present status report with regard to the investigation of the case, which has been received from the S.H.O., Police Station Behror, District Kotputli Behror (Raj.) 3. The present status report of the case, received from the S.H.O., Police Station Behror, District Kotputli Behror (Raj.), is taken on record. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out that how it can be said that the investigation, being conducted, is not fair and impartial. Looking to the present status report of the case and the details regarding the investigation conducted so far, this Court is of the opinion that it cannot be said that the respondent is not conducting the investigation fair and impartial.
