P.S. Dhurwa, District-Ranchi to consider the individual case of the petitioners for being promoted to Grade-IV Scale in terms of Resolution as contained in Memo No. 1121 dated 10.8.2023. 7. The aforesaid exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.” 4. A show cause has been filed by the opposite party no. 2 from which it appears that a reasoned order has been passed on 02.12.2025 as contained in Memo No. 2664, wherein the claim of the petitioners has been rejected. 5. Since the opposite party no. 2 has considered the individual case of the petitioners by virtue of the reasoned order dated 02.12.2025, I am not inclined to proceed further in this contempt application which accordingly stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order dated 02.12.2025, as contained in Memo No. 2664. 6.
