Fatima along with four children, namely, Amir Khan (son), Amiza (daughter), Ayisha Amin (daughter) and Bisma (daughter), who are said to be held up in Holding Center Hiranagar, Kathua, but before that are said to have been picked up by the Police and Civil Administration of district Udhampur purportedly reckoning them as 8Rohingyas9, the learned counsel Serial No. 81 Supplementary List-I 2 HCP No. 28/2026 CM No. 2450/2026 for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh with the Deputy Commissioner (District Magistrate), Udhampur and the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Udhampur being made as party-respondents. 02.
