1. This is an office reference.
2. Perused the office note dated 31.01.2026, whereby, learned District Judge, Bilaspur has sent request letter dated 16.10.2025 seeking extension of time to decide Civil Suit No.24-A/2024 in compliance of
order dated 04.04.2025 passed in MA No.129/2024, whereby, this Court has directed the concerned Court to decide the civil suit preferably within a period of six months.
3. On due consideration, prayer for extension of time is allowed. Further time of 3 months’ from the date of receipt/communication of this order is granted to decide the said case.
4. However, it is observed that learned trial Court shall not grant any adjournments, if the parties show reluctance or not cooperating in the expeditious disposal of the proceedings in the said case.
5. Registry shall send the copy of this order to the concerned Court forthwith.
6. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of. Sd/-
