Perused the office note dated 31.01.2026, whereby, learned District Judge, Bilaspur has sent request letter dated 16.10.2025 seeking extension of time to decide Civil Suit No.24-A/2024 in compliance of order dated 04.04.2025 passed in MA No.129/2024, whereby, this Court has directed the concerned Court to decide the civil suit preferably within a period of six months. 3. On due consideration, prayer for extension of time is allowed. Further time of 3 months’ from the date of receipt/communication of this order is granted to decide the said case. 4.
