The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Godda (M) P.S. Case No.46 of 2025, for offence registered under sections 329(4), 333, 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 74, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and he further submits that scuffle took place due to land dispute between the parties and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.15 of the petition. 2026:JHHC:1240 2 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and he further submits that scuffle took place due to land dispute between the parties and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.15 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (M) P.S.
