Relief sought in the writ petition is as follows: “(a) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to cover the petitioner under the Circular dated 28.05.2024 (Annexure No. 1); r/w the Pension Scheme i.e. Bank of Baroda Employees’ Pension Regulations, 1995 (Annexure 3) and to hold that the case of the petitioner falls in the four corners of the GO dated 16.03.2024 (issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India) vide forwarding letter of Indian Banks’ Association dated 16.03.2024 (Annexure No. 2); otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss, financial and mental hardship and injury, which cannot be compensated by any means;” UKHC010112362024 2026:UHC:5920-DB (3) Having regard to the relief claimed, we think that ends of justice would be met if petitioner is permitted to make representation to respondent no. 2. We, accordingly, dispose of the writ petition by permitting the petitioner to make representation to respondent no. 2.
