1. These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.02/2021 registered at Police Station Special Police Station (SOG), District ATS and SOG for the offence(s) under Sections 120-B and 420 of IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1992.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the co-accused Ashok has already been enlarged on bail by the Trial Court. The offences alleged against the accused-petitioners are exclusively triable by Magistrate. The accused-petitioners are in custody since long and further the trial of the case may take considerable time, there are no criminal
[2026:RJ-JP:21472] (4 of 5) [CRLMB-6266/2026] antecedents against the accused-petitioners, therefore, these bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed these bail applications.
4. Heard and perused the material available on record.

Considering the fact that the offences alleged against the accused-petitioners are exclusively triable by Magistrate, the accused-petitioners are in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail.
6. Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners namely:
1. Shambhulal Vadera S/o Rupalal Vadera, 2. Jagdish Gamar S/o Shri Mannalal, 3. Laxmi Kumari W/o Ishwarlal,
4. Mannalal S/o Babulal Bhagaura, 5. Mukesh Gamar S/o Kailash Gamar, 6. Vikram Kumar S/o Nanalal, 7. Jeevatram Modiya S/o Kantilal Modiya, 8. Lokesh Kumar S/o Kanhaiyalal, 9. Rahul Bodat S/o Babulal Bodat, 10. Sanjay Kumar Damor S/o Galaji Damor, 11. Vishal Kumar Bodat S/o Rameshchand Bodat, and 12. Prem Kumari Wife Of Ajit Kumar Damora, in connection with FIR No.02/2021 registered at Police Station Special Police Station (SOG), District ATS and SOG, shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for
