The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, though the respondent issued summon to conduct enquiry, the counter parties neither appeared nor extended any cooperation to the enquiry proceedings. Thereafter, the respondent police provided necessary police protection to conduct survey and the revenue officials successfully surveyed the petitioner’s property. 3.
