Also heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. This is an application filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for granting regular bail to the petitioner who was arrested on 16.04.2026 and since then he Page No.# 2/2 is in judicial custody. The very lengthy FIR has been lodged in the instant case, the sum and substance of which is that pursuant to a land dispute between the informant’s side and the accused side, the accused persons severely assaulted members of the informants’ side with weapon causing serious injuries. The case diary as called for has been produced alongwith injury report which indicates simple injuries only. In the meantime, the petitioner has spent 60 days behind bars. Considering the above prayer, bail is allowed on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- with 2 sureties of the like amount. It is further directed that the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation and shall not intimidate the witnesses. The bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
