Rajamouli, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. The writ petition of Habeas Corpus has been filed on the allegation that the detenues were in illegal custody of unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 13 along with police officials. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that counter has been filed. As per the counter affidavit the detenues were never detained by the police officials or with their assistance. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenues have been released and they are no more in any illegal detention. Memo to that effect has also been filed vide USR.No.89832 of 2026 dated 10.08.2026. In para-2 of the memo it has been stated that the detenues has been released by respondent Nos.6 to 13 with the support of official respondent Nos.1 to 5. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader disputed the same by saying that official respondents are not concerned with the alleged detention. 5 6. We are not entering into the dispute with respect to the detention by the official respondents or not. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenues are now set free and they are at liberty, the writ petition is dismissed recording the said submission. No order as to costs.
