The writ petitioner was aggrieved by the transfer order dated 13.03.2026, whereby the petitioner was transferred from Borsola Development Block, Sonitpur to Bechimari Development Block, Darrang. Being aggrieved, she has approached this Court. 3. The matter was last listed on 29.05.2026, whereby the respondents were permitted to obtain their instructions. 4. Today, when the matter is called up, Mr. A. K. Ghosh, learned Standing Counsel has placed before the Court a communication dated 09.06.2026, whereby the transfer order of the writ petitioner along with the three other persons have been modified. 5. By the said transfer and posting order in respect of the writ petitioner is stayed and the petitioner was permitted to continue to serve at her earlier place Page No.# 3/3 of posting i.e. Borsola Development Block, Sonitpur. 6. Since, this earlier transfer order which was assailed in the writ petition stood modified. 7. No further cost survives in the writ petition. 8. Copy of the said communication dated 09.06.2026, is kept in the case record. 9. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. 10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 11.
