2. According to petitioner, she has made a representation to the Joint Secretary, Mussorrie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA), who may be directed to take decision thereupon.
3. Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel appearing for MDDA submits that although it appears to be a private dispute between petitioner and the builder; however, he has no objection if writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by petitioner’s counsel.

5. The writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation. If she makes representation within two weeks, decision thereupon shall be taken within eight weeks thereafter.
6. It goes without saying that the persons who are likely to be affected by the decision may also be heard.
