Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel appearing for MDDA submits that although it appears to be a private dispute between petitioner and the builder; however, he has no objection if writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by petitioner’s counsel. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation.
