The present Appeal seeks to challenge the order dated 28.04.2026 (“Impugned Order”) passed by the learned Single Judge whereby W.P.(C) No.60/2026 (“Writ Petition”) instituted by the Appellant has been dismissed. 3. The learned Single Judge refused to entertain the Writ Petition on the ground that the Appellant in the Writ Petition had not disclosed the filing of writ petitions and the Letters Patent Appeal, earlier preferred by the Appellant, for overlapping prayers. There is nothing on record which can establish that the prayers made in the Writ Petition were not overlapping and stood concluded by earlier proceedings. This is a digitally signed order.
