The instant Petition is preferred, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs: - “A. To direct the respondent No. 1 to hear and decide the Revision Application No. 755 of 2025 filed before the Hon’ble Minister, Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai within a period of four weeks, by issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, as the case may be; B. To grant interim stay to the operation, execution and implementation of the order dated 03.03.2025 in Revision No. 920/2023 passed by the Ld. Divisional Commissioner, Nashik, pending hearing and final disposal of the writ petition.” 2.
